The other day my friend bought a new Tefal omelette pan.  She invited me over swearing that since she bought that

her Blue Berry Omelette tasted  better than ever.  (She is addicted to blue berry pancake :) )

·         I bought my Tefal omelette pan and never miss a day without using it.  My sister keep wanting to borrow it but nope.  I made her buy her own..  JCruz

·         The wonderful boyfriend he is he purchased these pans for me and they are awesome. the non-stick surface is great! the pans warm up quick and cooking time is a lot faster. the outer part of the pans are also nonstick. Cleaning the pans are so easy and no food sticks...just slides right off not like my old Ceramic omelette pan.  SarahR.

·         Purchased these for camping gear. They work great for that. Non stick works great with eggs and other foods. Fits perfectly on my rocket stove for tent camping! Would buy again!! Jon.

·         I can't believe how inexpensive these were! I have always bought Ceramic omelette pan and these were such a great deal I couldn't pass them up. Non stick omelete pan works terrific and the three sizes I got were just what I needed..Virginia.

·         Great price for everyday use and to supplement the non stick omelete pan in the pantry. T-fal to me means good quality and durable. The small omelette/crepe pan gets a lot of us. Have seen sets like this costing much more.  Alice S.

I also found this which seems to be popular with many people Calphalon Unison 12 omelette pan.

Stainless Steel handle that stays cool on the stove.  12” in size.

Calphalon Unison 12 Omelette Pan
·         The food cooks evenly and absolutely does not stick. The pan is weighty without being too heavy and the handles stay cool. The glass lids are also nice. This Unison cookware is one of the few choices that is dishwasher safe and guaranteed for life, a selling point for me. JoF.

·         Simply put the ultra smooth non-stick surface is smoother than glass; thus cooking requires little if no oil and clean up is a breeze with a simple rinse and wipe. Rosa.

·         great set of skillets! cooks well without adding fat or oil so they make your meals healthier. Nice cleanup too. Just don't use metal utensils on them or they will scratch.  Frank.

·         I've used it several times since receiving calphalon unison 12 omelette pan, and couldn't be more pleased. After cooking, I lightly swish a dish rag around in it with soap and water. Everything falls right out with no scrubbing. Rinse it, air dry it, and it's ready for the next use. I've sometimes been guilty of leaving my old 10-inch pan on the stove and forgetting to wash it until the next day. No dried, hardened egg to scrub out. It cleans up as well as when I've just finished cooking with it.  Darlene Johnson.

·          love this pan! It is the best for frying anything. Eggs slide right out and well as anything marinated in a sticky sauce! Washing is a breeze using only a sponge and soap. I recommend for everyone! I also have the 10" pan that I bought a year ago and everything is still sliding out with no sticking even though I can see some scratches on the bottom. (My husband doesn't always remember to use wood or plastic!). Rfoot.

·         I had purchased this nonstick omelette pan in the 10" version and it has become my all around "go to" pan. When I decided I needed something smaller for the small nonstick omelette pan or chicken breast for one, I bought this calphalon unison 12 omelette pan. It is a great size and amazingly easy to clean up. Nothing sticks so you don't need oil or butter on the bottom, and you can stick it into the oven to finish a dish. I recommend it highly. Mushi.

Just starting using this frying pan and oh wow it's great, slighty heavier than my last tefal but I can put up with that, the quality is fantastic. You need to know that it does come out just over 28cm because of the easy pouring lip, makes it difficult to find a lid to match if you need one, I just used foil instead. Would not give it up just because of that.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT I bought this in 2014 as a replacement for a preference pro 26" I purchased in 2007 which has been brilliant.
This one has a changed handle design which exploded across the kitchen. I returned product to Tefal who said it was misuse.
I sent them another letter saying this was not misuse and obviously handle was faulty and not fit for purpose.
They have not bothered to reply after 1 month and I consider that this frying pan is dangerous.
Tefal customer service is unacceptable.

3.0 out of 5 starsSlicker than a greyhound on ice!
By Amazon Customer on 19 Dec. 2016
Size: 30 cm Verified Purchase
I bought this and the 24cm version to replace my old standard Tefal pans. First thing you notice is the sheer weight of the beasts! (My other half can hardly lift the 30cm version). Which brings me to my first whinge. You'd expect pans of this quality and substance to be distortion free even on a high heat. They aint! Damned annoying because even at a moderate heat they both 'bow' up in the middle, which not only makes them wobble slightly on the hob, but cooking oils run straight to the edges. There ought to be another term to replace 'non-stick' in the case of these pans. They're slicker than a greyhound on ice! And that brings me to my second whinge.... I like to fry my eggs in a little olive oil and tilt the pan slightly to baste the yokes using a long handled teaspoon, Ha! you've got more chance of being struck by lightning whilst collecting your quadruple rollover winning lottery! If you even THINK about tilting the pan the egg is off in that direction quicker that our friend the greyhound! Please don't think this a major criticism, merely a personal observation. I always research for hours before making my purchasing choice, in this particular case I sadly missed the mark. I wish I'd just got the standard old off the shelf version and saved a bundle. Never mind eh?

4.0 out of 5 starsBit heavy but great pan!

Fantastic non-stick pan! Bit bigger than what I expected and by jove it's heavy (for me anyway) Quality product which hasn't scratched yet even though my partner has used metal utensils in it (much to my annoyance) I always handwash it even though it says dishwasher safe as I've heard that it's not good to put any non-stickware in a dishwasher

5.0 out of 5 starsNow I know how bad the old one was!
By JulesJulieJules on 9 Mar. 2016

Like another reviewer said, I had no idea how bad my old one was before buying this. It's a great frying pan and I now hope that Tefal make the matching saucepans! We're a family of four and I was worried that it would be too small but it's great either for a big spaghetti bolognese or the occasional fry-up. I'm off to look for the saucepans.

5.0 out of 5 starsNon-stick Delight :)
By Addison D. on 3 Jan. 2016
Size: 32 cm Verified Purchase
I had no idea how bad my old frying pan was until the day this one arrived. I had to buy another because my handle fell off my old Tefal, which by the way was 6 years old, and after a quick wash I carried out a test fry with two eggs. I was amazed! Both eggs were sliding around the pan and I actually tipped them out onto my plate without using any untensils.

I am also saving money on cooking oil as I use about 10% of the amount I used with my old, worn out frying pan.

Highly recommended.

Cuisinart Chef's Classic Non-Stick Cookware 10Pc Set Review

By nonspecific on August 27, 2004
I bought the 10 piece Cuisinart set about a month ago and ever since I've been expecting it to fall to pieces, burst, turn to dust, explode, vanish in thin air, etc. etc... anything that would give me a reason for the low price of 140$ which is 400$ in stores. The truth is, it's too good to be true. But it is! This is the best cookware set I have ever seen by far. Nothing will ever be able to stick to these lovely pots and pans, no matter what you do, so be ready to say goodbye to all the non-stick sprays, oil, butter and soaking and scratching. They don't even need harsh soaps for a moderate cleaning up. It is true that they can burn food, but the instructions say that these are not meant to be used at high stove-top heats anyway, use a low to mid heat and everything will turn up wonderful. They are really good for slow cooking and can also go in the oven up to 500 degrees, which is required for some food I like to make. The glass lids are useful when making rice or seeing the color of vegetables but they can spill if nor handled properly due to the design, which could certainly improve since they are, unlike the pots, not very easy to clean. My handles have never got too hot unlike my previous Faberware set. I adore the small skillet which is just the right size for a 2 egg french omlete, in general, the sizes are logical and all come in handy. It does say they are metal utensil safe, which is not exactly true since it's OK with a fork or spoon, but any hand held electronic gadget can scratch the interior a little. Also, although the dark gray outer finish is beautiful, it seems that the colour will be wearing of in time

This review is from: Cuisinart 66-10 Chef's Classic Nonstick Hard-Anodized 10-Piece Cookware Set (Kitchen)
I am an avid home chef & treasure high-quality cookware. These are great! They are thinner (but harder) than many brands, which I truly love. Lower heat settings can be used for comparable results in other cookware, which saves energy, money, & severity of burns if the user is accident prone.
Some things to know:
1. These pans are designed to be hung on a rack. Hanging does save your cookware from a lot of those small injuries caused to them by stacking.
2. The Quantanium non-stick finish is like Teflon on steroids! I use about 1/4 the oil/butter I normally used in the older versions of Teflon. As mentioned above, a lower heat setting is also necessary. These are very easy to clean (except the stainless steel "buttons" where the handles are attached - everything sticks well there).
3. Although they say "Metal Utensil Safe", DON'T! Save the metal utensils for your cast iron & stoneware.
4. Non-stick cooking spray tends to eat finish on pans. Preserve them by washing well with soap & water as soon as they are cool. TIP: NEVER, EVER put a sizzling hot pan in water or dump cool water into it! This causes warping that basically ruins the pan. Move the pan to an unused burner & let it cool naturally before washing.
5. With the small steamer insert, never fill the pan over one inch above the bottom of the insert. With the stockpot insert, 2 inches. This can be pushed to nearly 3, but the mess from overfilling is big.
6. Enjoy & care for these pans! You won't ever have to buy replacements for them as long as you don't abuse them.

Good
Crafty Craftsmanon June 21, 2016

All is well with the set so far with a couple of exceptions; the big sauté pan which has an uneven bottom. I will be working with Cuisinart to get that replaced. The glass tops do not have a vent hole which makes using a thermometer difficult and causes the tops to rumbled when something is in heavy boil mode. Lastly, the tops are very finicky to seat onto the pots and can easily slide off when moving if not seated correctly. Other than that, I'm liking them so far.

I purchased this set for my mother. The reason I chose this set was because it was able to go into the oven with higher temp than most other cookware. My mother loves this set says nothing sticks to it and clean up is so easy.
